Tapkar, the fast short alien from the Otherworld Tournament Saga, saved his homeplanet from a Cyborg invader who was aiming for a weapon for mass destruction to go out on a conquest of the Western Quadrant of Universe 7. West Kai was shocked to see Tapkar's electrifying end as he pulled the plug on the cyborg's battery and drained his life force to zero but was heavily slashed in the process.
