Trying to redesign Turles, as the "Tree of Might" movie could be inserted into canon if the power levels were 1000 times higher, and Goku was disabled from going Super Saiyan by some technological mean Turles and his men possess

Originally, when I was still in Jerusalem before heading home with the bus, I thought about chopping off his Goku's haircut and have him with a standard Asian guys' haircut - kinda like what Yamcha had a few times in the franchise..

Then I thought about giving him a nasty/evil cowboys' mustache and "spearhead" beard...

Then I gave him a Ikki Tenryou (from "Medabots") haircut....

Then I changed it into more Samurai-like haircut...

 

Finally I decided to go with the more Ancient Sayians' barbaric hairdo (with a mild Flint the Time Detective hairdo's influence). Seems more dramatic and threatening, fitting a crimelord.
